Primarily, the cane sugar is processed by simply extracting the sucrose rich juice from sugar cane and is converted into raw and refined sugar. So far I think sugar cane is far better than beet sugar in terms of production especially at a tropical country like Brazil because it is easier to maintain and grow sugar cane than beet sugar. Now, if you are interested in importing sugar, better take the Brazilian sugar because I think they are much cheaper because they have good supply of such in the said country.
